I don't understand what the problem is, do you want to change the color, cut it or asking for tips to manage long curly hair better?

If you are tired of the time it takes to detangle it, wash and condition it--you could always cut it shoulder or chin length and it will still look good. If you don't want it curly anymore, you can use heat to straighten it. I know I run my straightening iron over my thick curly hair like 1-3 times to get it straight (I use a quality hairdress to prevent heat damage and a lower temp.) so If you want it bone-straight, get it chemically treated by a professional. If you want to change the color--Ash brown or black probably will compliment you well assuming you have a pretty face and not pale or near pale skin.

You can bring it loosely up off your neck and pin it up with a few semi combs, but tease out a few curls to soften the hair line. Good idea is to lift it piece by piece but in the MIDDLE of the length and pin that part loosely up, leaving the end curls to appear loose but not hanging full length down your back. The more you do it the better you get, gives a lovely effect.

you are so lucky. some people spend tons of time and money to have hair like yours. Look at how many beautiful woman have long red curly hair-Julia Roberts, Susan Surandan, Kathy Griffin, Janis Joplin, Carol King. My hair is mousy brown and super thin. It only grows about 1 or 2 inches a year.
