its really easy to go from blonde to red. However, sometimes more of the red color tends to stick to the most damaged parts of the hair. You might find the first time you get dyed, if doing it at home, that the red might be more vibrant on the ends. I went red a couple of years ago. Although I liked it, eventually I wanted to go back to blonde. I took almost a full year to fully get all the red out of my hair. I had to go brown first, since when I went back blonde initially my hair had a bit of a pink tint to it. So after a few months of brown I was able to eventually lighten up and go back to blond again.

Definately go to a professional to have them do it for you. You dont want to end up with 2 toned hair.
