The color is called REW(ruby eyed white). If it has one ear that flops, and one that sticks up, it's just a lop mutt of some type. My lop mutt grew to be about 8 pounds.
Did you buy it from a pet store? And how long ago did you buy it?

Sounds like a fuzzy lop. but without photos and actually seeing the rabbit in person it is pretty hard to say for certain. As far as age would not be able to tell that without seeing the rabbit in person.
A white haired rabbit with Red eyes is called a R.E.W or a Ruby Eyed White
