You can buy a color remover from Sally Beauty Supply that removes color from the skin or you can try getting a good thick conditioner and put some on a terry cloth towel and rub it off. Just a thought

Handsoap called "Irish Spring" works wonders. I have quit using color remover at the salon cause this stuff gets it off better and is more gentle. Wet a towel, rub some soap on and wipe onto the skin.

first of all you should of lightened the black to a brown so the whole head would come out to the same shade you were trying to get and for the red on the skin you should of put lotion or some sorta cream around the hairline...would of stopped the color from staining the skin....also keep the hair all pulled up with clips to avoid longer pieces from touching the skin....
